Tourism World Organisation is happy to announce the final preparations for the Miss Tourism 2013 Final.

History is about to be written with the hosting of the Miss Tourism 2013 Final for the first time in EQUATORIAL GUINEA “The Undiscovered Treasure of Africa”

MISS TOURISM 2013 WILL BE HELD IN MALABO, EQUATORIAL GUINEA ON 12TH OCTOBER 2013 AT SIPOPO CONFERENCE CENTER

NIGERIA’S DELEGATE – MISS JENNIFER IGWEEBE. Miss Jennifer Igwegbe, Nigeria’s delegate to the Miss Tourism World 2013 is a 300 level Mass Communication student of Baze University, Jabi-Abuja with an enviable track record; Queen Of Aso 2009, Most Beautiful Girl In Nigeria (MBGN) 2011 Ambassador has also walked major fashion runways at major fashion capitals of the world.

Beyond the glamour and glitz of being a queen, Miss Jennifer Igwegbe has also brought succor and meaning into the lives of so many young kids around the country via her pet; The Jennifer Igwegbe Foundation which centers around Child education and empowerment.

In 2001, Agbani Darego made history by becoming the 1st Black Miss World; we are excited to see history repeat its self as Miss Igwegbe depart Nigeria for Equatorial Guinea to join over 70 countries in her quest to become the 1st Black Miss Tourism World Queen.

According to the organisers of the event; The decision to host the international final of the Miss Tourism 2013 in Equatorial Guinea is not simply for the purpose of coming up with a host country for this event, but rather to provide a broader platform for promoting Equatorial Guinea on an international scale in the hopes of drawing more tourism to the country and establishing its status as the Premier Destination in Central West Africa, also to increase the demand for Equatorial Guinea as a destination of business, travel and leisure.

This will be the first time the Miss Tourism pageant will be held in Equatorial Guinea and National Directors around the world are organising their national finals to select the contestants who will represent their country and helping to promote Equatorial Guinea on a worldwide scale. Contestants from around the world will travel to Equatorial Guinea and will spend two weeks experiencing the spectacular tourism sights and culture of Equatorial Guinea during their stay.

The world waits to see who will be crowned Miss Tourism 2013 against the stunning backdrop of Equatorial Guinea.
